Steven sears MD truman medical steven sears emergency medical did not treat my sick father and i had to wait in the waiting room for two hours at the regional medical center while we waited for Dr. Sears to meet us

We waited for over 2 hours to get emergency services at the regional hospital waiting room for my sick father with diabetes and 4th stage cancer. He was listed as Do Not Resusitate (DNR) by the army medical staff at the VA hospital but we had to have him stitched up after a bad fall in the nursing home bathroom.
Steven sears md was at the facility and was the director of care for the night staffing and was too busy treating other people so we just packed our stuff and went back to the VA hospital.
The triage nurse did not even give us a time to return or an other place to go. The room was full of about 25 other people waiting for help on the friday before labor day weekend. No excuse for bad service.
