I had to go to the ER 4 times last week. I live a 1/2 mile form the hospital.
There is a serious problem with the Doctors on call who can't access your medical records when you are there. Hence the 4 trips to the ER. I am not one to run to the ER, there being under staff causes a long wait time. When you tell them what is wrong they can't check your medical history. This needs to be corrected.
Tad these Doctors had access to my medical history at the hospital, they would had known what I was dealing with. Their help was a band aid fix. With all due respect Sir this should not have happen. Will I have to paid for 4 ER visits when just one should have done? Then there is the 2 times EMS brought me, what about the cost of that? One time would all it would had been if my medical records could be access. I have lost all faith in your Hospital. What are you going to do
about this serous matter? What are you going to do about the excess bills?
