When I went to check out and put my groceries on the belt I had to run back and get an item I had forgotten. So the cashier rang up everything while I was gone. When I returned he only had about 2 items to scan and my coupons to take off. When I got to my car I always double check my coupons to make sure they were all taken off and the sale item where on there. Well, I noticed an item was put on there that I did not purchase. I had purchased an item that was a 100ct but this item was a 30 ct. Either I was crazy or the cashier rang up the item and kept it. I looked through the items in the trunk to see by chance did it get in my cart, but did not find it. I went back in to see the cashier and manager. I asked the cashier did he see 2 boxes and he said, I guess. Well I asked for a manager. I asked to hurry because I have lots of frozen stuff. They had to page again because they did not show. Finally she showed up and I explained everything. They gave me a refund but I asked if she could look at a video or check the bags or take my number. She said she could look at the bags. She could not find it either. She said shame on him and for his bagging, he needs to be trained over on that. Asked if he is going to be talked to or what, and she said yes he will be talked to. She said they cannot watch a video because the police was not called.By the time I got home lots of my frozen food was already thawed. Called back and talked with a different manager. Told him the whole story and now told him that my food was thawed. Asked him what he was going to do about it and he said they could view the video. Asked if he wanted my number and he said no we can't discuss it with you. I said what about the frozen food do I need to talk to someone else? He said " the frozen food should of been ok unless it was out there for 1 1/2 hrs". I found that very rude and inconsiderate and said ok and hung up. His behavior was odd, rude and seemed like he did not believe me.
