Promised Timeshare Buyback Never Happened, Fees Keep Rising

What can we do. They said they would buy back for less than we paid. Not... The only way to use a different week is if we spend a fortune. We are no longer worthy of a trading. We pay more than some in taxes and maintenance than those with bigger and better weeks. Why. What can we do? Will anyone represent us. I own my Timeshare but can't afford the tax and maintenance loosing week every year. Help
