I ordered a box set of dvds from this company and was told it would take 3-6 weeks when it came to 8 weeks t asking for a refund. No reply. I emailed them, they replied and said it was cleared at their end so it should be here in a week, a week later i emailed them again after checking 3 different delivery companies who didnt have it, i had no reply, i have now emailed 3 more times the last timei asked for a refund, no reply. I see on the internet that this company have changed their name to tvskydvdboxsets. And wont acknowledge my order number. They have a very poor reputation which, if i had known would never have bought off them. Donna marll. Sha
