In 2010 I paid Cincopa for a technology product for my website. Their product didn't work. I emailed customer service for instructions to get the product to work. I only received marketing material telling me what (they claimed) their product would do. I could never get them to send me actual instructions explaining how to get the product to work. I asked for a refund of my money. The owner of Cincopa, Oren Shmulevich, refused to refund my money, even though their technology wasn't working and I never used their services.
One year later, Paypal automatically processed another payment to Cincopa. I had forgotten I'd set up auto-payment with Paypal. I had NEVER used Cincopas services and it had been one year since trying to get original payment scammed from me returned. Again, I emailed Cincopa explaining the mistaken Paypal payment and asked them to refund my money. The scammer Oren Shmulevich emailed me back again and refused to return my money. This guy is unethical trash. I would suggest you not get near this filth.
