I was injured on the job in July. When I called Gallagher Bassett to get any approval with scheduling appointments with the doctor or to discuss any information regarding my claim, my adjuster never answered my calls. My adjuster to this day and I have only talked once within the last two months. I have been waiting for an approval so that I am able to see a specialist. I am unable to resolve this situation as of today because they are very unprofessional. I have called several times throughout the day for weeks and still have not been successful. My calls go straight to voicemail EVERY time. The fact is, if your suppose to be a company that assists injured workers one is suppose to answer telephone calls regardless if the claim is approved or not. We worker's are left in the dark and its very unfair. We just want answers pertaining to our claims. Whats so hard about that? Currently, I am still trying to get in contact with someone and this has been a unprofessional experience.
