I have 2 outstanding orders which haven't arrived after contacting them several times. They were ordered in July. The last email was over 2 weeks ago telling me they would contact their supplier & express post both my orders to me. The email I sent to them last week has given me no response so I am getting really worried now that I wont get my purchases
