On July 21, I placed an order for a metal bed frame for the price of $78.00. I paid for the item at the time I placed the order through their website, www.furnitureesuperstore.com. They promised delivery within 3 to 10 business days. On July 31, I sent them an email requesting a tracking number for UPS and the status of my order. I received the following response from Orders ([email protected]): "Due to the current economic conditions, Furniture E Superstore is in the process of re-organizing. If you have a current order outstanding with us, it is suggested that you call your credit card company and dispute the charges to your account. This will enable you to receive a refund in full on your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, Regard, Furniture E Superstore".
If you log on to their website, there is no disclaimer that they are in the process of "reorganizing" and they are offering customers a "credit plan". They are ripoffs in the worst way. Don't buy anything from this company, they will take your money and you'll get nothing!
