I ordered a set of DVD on 30 August & paid for them with my credit card. After 5 weeks I sent an email asking what had happened to my order & i got a reply stating it was on the way. 2 weeks later I sent another email & they said they would express post it. Now after quite a few email trying to find out where my order is I never get a response. I checked my credit card & the company the payment went to was another DVD on line www.xeovent.com I would like to know how these companys dont get closed down.
