I submitted a complain against the manager of the store, NTB Store #613 7734 Richmond Highway Alexandria, VA 22306, for declining discount coupon issued issued by NTB. I got a call from same store Manager, to get the Wheel Balance done for my Toyota Sienna. I went to shop on 09/29 with my car for wheel balance done. After 2 hours, when my wife reached the store for status of the job, she has been told, the job is not yet completed. Then store manager appeared and handover the key of the car, saying that job is completed. It strikes a doubt on her mind for the contradictory statement by the store representative and the store manager on completion of job, also she found the car is parked at the same spot where we parked. So she then asked for pre/post balance report, what they could not produce to her and ask to come back after 15 minutes to have the report (strange doubt, again, never happened in past!). I attended the store after 20 minutes and they gave me one report, looking onto a fresh printed report I also still has the doubt, that there is something is not correct. So, today in early morning, 09/30 I stop by another NTB storeTB Store #617 8194-A Terminal Road Lorton, VA 22079. They took the car immediately to shop and Michael Martini took me inside to the shop and showed me the computer display that, wheel balance is not correct, from left Toe indicating -40, which need to be fixed. I told Mike, to fix the wheel balance and of course I paid the money to fix the Wheel Balance through invoice no. 62516942 -09/30 My question is: What type of repair/service I am getting from my nearest NTB store. I am getting all various type of service done through this NTB Store #613 7734 Richmond Highway Alexandria, VA 22306 from the year 2004 for my two cars, how can I really rely on the service they provide, every time I cannot go and verify through another NTB store, if the service is done properly. My concern is, negligence on car repair may lead to very dangerous accident and loss of life.
I am seriously lodge the complain against Manager of the store, how he manages the repair and I am not sure how we can get the dependable, reliable, quality service and nice customer service support from this busy shop. Also can I get the refund of the money I paid for wheel balance.
