I am one of your good customers. I always shop for my electronic need. I am very much annoyed and disappointed about Fry's customer service at their Webster, TX location. I was shopping today, 9/24, at 2:00 PM. The employee of this store does not care about older / senior customer. They do not attend the Handicap register, which is out of service, refuse to help handicap because it is too far from the regular checkout counter.in spite of telling the store manager Jenifer, it took them almost one hour to get a refund.

It is a huge complex, and it is very hard for a handicap person to walk and shop. I was telling one of the other dept managers that Fry should keep some wheel chair or motorized shopping cart, he replied that it is not Fry's policy to keep motorized cart because they tear them up. That is and should not be excuse or policy for Fry's department manager to say that. It is not right.
Sorry to say that the Webster store does not have good and friendly attitude towards the customer. I have a second thought about going to Fry for anything. I might go somewhere else.
I want a home office, customer service manager, to call me and resolve the grievances.
