this is, by far the absolute worst mail script company in the us! I have had soooooooo many problem's getting my scrips for the 90 days THAT MY DR HAS ELECTRONICALLY SENT, I have cried, screamed, threatened to sue... Nothing works. There is not one human being working there. No one has a brain and their computer system, according to them, is by far the worst 'user friendly' program in the world.
When your Dr sends your order through the internet, It should not '9' days for them to email you they received it. 6 days more to tell you one of 14 is now an over the counter med, 3 more days to tell you there is a delay because I have paid using my visa/debit they were waiting for me to call with my visa #. When I finally talked to someone with almost a brain, she told me I should have checked the bill me later box... What box? The Dr sent the scripts not Me! And I have 'always been billed' and paid over the phone 2-3 weeks later with my visa/debit card. 1 time after trying for 2 1/2 months to get one script, they finally sent it & the label stated no refills remain. 2 days later got the same bottle of pills with the same label on it. No refills remain. I asked for a supervisor shouldn't the computer have caught that? Answer: "I Guess it should have!" Seriously??? Honestly I am worried if the pills in any bottles are the correct ones, These idiots are screwing with people's lives. I hate this place. Customer for 8 yrs & looking for a new comp. Vickie Mahoney
