Received the robotic pool cleaner that I ordered online. It doesn't clean the walls or even a small 4in step. Called to return and was told of the 15% restocking fee. Was told the unit does as advertised. It says it cleans pool floors and cove. Was told by a very rude and condescending girl that if it's not damaged then I have to pay. Asked to speak to a supervisor and told that none were avail. And they would call me later today. Guess what, no calls. Spent thousands here in lat 3 yrs, but no more!!
