Received a pool cleaner, tried it, it doesn't measure up for the price. Doesn't clean wlls or steps. Customer svc agent was rude and condescending saying it does not advertise it clens walls or steps. It says cleans pool floor and cove. Didn't clean my cove! Asked for supervisor, no one avail, but would call later today. NO calls at all! Have spent thousands over three years here. Not one penny more if this doesn't get corrected!!!
