Ordered a pool cover on Nov. 26 and they told me it would take 5-7 business days for arrival. 2 weeks later no call. I had to go in and inquire. They said they would follow up, still NO telephone call. It's Dec. 26 and still no pool cover. Manager told me he would have it FedEx over night. Now he's telling me it's going to take 1-3 days for arrival. No one ever called me I had to check up on it.
