I purchased a Nitro robotic pool cleaner from Leslies Pool Supply (manufactured by SmartPool in Lakewood, NJ) about 18 months ago. The cleaner is still within the 24 month manufacturer's warranty period.in May the pool cleaner stopped working. I took it back to my local Leslies store, and they began the warranty repair process. 7 weeks later, my pool cleaner is still not back. While much of the blame here falls on SmartPool, the very poor customer service I received from Leslies corporate office in Phoenix, AZ is enough to make me never purchase from Leslies again. They are very proud to state that they have a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, but they are doing absolutely nothing to improve the ridiculous wait time that I have experienced. My pool cleaner was in their hands at the Corporate Office last week, and they are still unable to provide me with shipping information for returning my unit. If they were truly interested in my satisfaction, they would have put that cleaner on overnight delivery the moment they heard I had been waiting so long.
If you have gotten this far, I recommend that you AVOID SmartPool products, and BEWARE of Leslies Pool Supply customer NO SERVICE!
