I ordered a Dolphin Robotic Pool cleaner from Leslies pool supplies catelogue on June. Before ordering I called Water warehouse and Leslies pool Supplies about the policy of return incase the vacumm did not work in my pool due to its shape and size of 20 X 40 ft. I called the store in my area also to see if I could return it if it didn't work b/c I was concerned that being ill I wouldn't be able to return it in 15 days if needed. I got told by the store employee that they are human and they do work with people under circumstances like mine.

I called the cataloge and ordered it b/c I couldn't get to the store easily at all and thght of it as a back up incase I can't get fed ex to my home nor me to the fed ex place.

Then I was informed about a 120% refund if u find it cheaper somewhere else. I gave the waterWarehouse.com url and Joyce Stinston at Leslies pool supplies told me it would take 8 to 10 days to credit my account the 120% of the difference between the waterwarehouse cost and leslies.

Joyce Stinson looked at the websites and calculated the amount that was to be credited. I waited approx. 7 days and called. No return phone call. Waited 9 days and no return phone call. Approx. 10 days I called and spoke to a person due to Joyce not returning my phone calls. Well she happened to email me at 1PM on the day that I made the final call to her.

Her email stated the following
"Your request for Best Price Guarantee has been denied due to the fact that the product cited on www.waterwarehouse.com. Is not an exact match. The item they are selling does not include the caddy. The dolphin That we offer includes the caddy. I am sorry that we are unable to match the price on that web site."

I went thru the fact that the waterwarehouse cat. Priced each item separately - i.E. The cleaner 799.99 and the carry caddy 129.99. Leslies was 999.99 plus tax = 1077.49.

Now 2 weeks later it is on sale for 899. Without the caddy. However they still do not consider it the same one eventhough they gave that as the excuse (see above) of the cleaner not being the same because Leslies" included a caddy and WaterWarehouse did not include a caddy so it isn't the same."

I called the store b/c the internet site would not follow through and they wanted to charge me 50% of the cost if I wanted to return the cleaner. The store manager in Parma called the district manager Shawn and he supposedly is speaking with Andrew Hillman a supervisor at the internet customer service site.

As of now no phone call or credit of the difference in price policy.
