Beware when returning products

I ordered the Pool Blaster Catfish hand vac. It clearly says it is for small pools/spas. I intended to use it for my pool. We charged it accordingly and went to use it. We quickloy determined it was not for pool use as it is clearly to small and has little suction. We put it all back together in the box just as it came. I called Leslie's to return it, they informed it there was a restocking fee of 15%. I will never order from them again!!! So Long LESLIE's! This is how you treat your regular customers.
