I sent my headphones back after the broke after 6 months of use, sent them away on the 14th of June and the arrived on the 18th of June, it's now the 4th of October and still no returned product. After being filled with more and more lies about the date when I will have them returned, I'm sick of waiting. I've been told many times after calling them on over several different occasions, that they are having troubles processing them and that they will arrive in two weeks which has been changed on me atleast 5 times. This is not a way to run a company, I spent $250 on headphones and $40 on shipping and it takes this long for a return? Garbage
