About 3 years ago we got a water bill for $300 dollars after a bill that was estamented we complained and got nowhere we had to pay or get are water shut off the water company came out and said we had no leaks. We have a new home. Are rugular bill was $35 dollars a month They said we must have filled a swimming pool we have no pool and it would have been 3 or 4 pools 75 thousand gallons in one month.
Last month after new digitial meters were installed we got a new bill for almost $300 dollars again the water company said we used 30 times are regular usage Normal bill between $35 and 45 dollars. We still have no pool and water are lawns from a lake and pump system. They came out and said we have no leaks but just used all that water. We have had no change in our house hold just me and my wife. This last mont after the $300 bill {now JUly} we did no laundry, shared bath water, my wife was sick for 2 weeks so we did very little dishes or cooking and the new bill came for just Over $200 dollars 30 times the regular usage still no pool and we don;t waste water, no children, I asked them if the wireless telementary read in the truck could be wrong or a bad meter, They said never have they had a bad meter. I install electronic equipment and have some bad equipment why not them Very up set and tired of getting over charged for a product we are not wasting please help Thanks Brian Williams
