They took my $1,000.00 and issued me a letter saying that we've purchased a cruise trip with 3 adults and 1 kid. When the travel voucher comes it says all party has to be 21 and older, the company never response when I request a fell Refund.
The only way to file a complain with this company is wirte a email to Robert Menza but it's been 6 days now and he won't response and we were told he doesn't take personal phone call and we just have to be patience.
