My complaint mimics the other complaints against this company to the letter. The staff of their customer service for both their financing and honeymoon numbers are rude and only provide information in cryptic code so that you have no idea what is happening. I have called every two weeks since I've submitted my payment so that I can get the status of my trip incentive that was promised and everytime I call they tell me 30 days prior. I marched out the dates in my planner and on July 10th that was 30days exactly prior to my trip date departure. When I called on that date I was told that within the week I would get my voucher in the mail. I called today to ask for another update and the response was my voucher had been voided per my request and a supervisor was on the other line so they could not talk to me. When I asked about a complaint link I was told to go to their site to complain. So my wedding is on Aug 11 and the honeymoon I thought I was planning for is no longer. I did not ask for a refund or ask to have my transaction voided.
