I dropped off a prescription at Wal Mart in Parker, CO and was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I returned after 30 minutes to be told that there was a "computer problem" and it would take another 15 minutes. I returned after 15 minutes to discover that they had not even looked at my prescription yet because the employee at the drop-off window put it in the computer wrong - twice. If that wasn't enough, I waited another 20 minutes to be told that they don't even have the medicine I needed. So after well over an hour I was turned away empty handed with nothing but a "sorry" from the pharmicist. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced.
