So... From 5 to 10 minutes wait as instructed by the Pharmacist - or whoever it was with no coat or the name tag - I've waited 45 minutes for my mother’s prescription. Not that it was busy, nor it was closing time, nor the pills were so unusual that they had to be picked from the "pill tree".
I've counted 7 "busy bees" behind the pharmacy counter, but if only that produced quick results! Nope... When you just stand there for 45 minutes - it really feels much longer. I am not going to go there anymore - I'll pay extra somewhere else. My time is precious too, and I don't care if there was a glitch in the system or the computer got a flu - at least tell me the real waiting time! So, thank you Wal-Mart Pharmacy at Centennial Parkway in Hamilton for a crapy experience.
