I signed up for back up service in June for 1 computer than added two more. Everything seemed to be fine for a while. It took me a while to try the additional computers. One of the computers no longer will back up. I can not get my third device added. Every time I do add it, the 2nd device is thrown off. What is particularly frustrating are the idiotic responses to my trouble tickets. They keep repeating the same thing after I have written back that it is not working. I must have filed 40 trouble tickets. I add invested a lot of time building my back ups and wanted this to work. I am now switching to Spideroak and will file a complaint with my credit card company.
