I purchased one of DEM Computers in December.in December I had emailed DEM Computers various times and always received responses then in January the computer starting having problems. The computer keeps restarting all the time.
I have been unable to contact anyone at the company for service and have left voice messages, fax messages and sent registered mail requests.
DEM Computers has never responded to any of the 9 voice messages and the 5 emails I have left. They have not responded to the registered mail either.
The computer no longer is working and neither is DEM Computers! I have contacted the BBB of Illinois and will be contacting the Minnesota State Attorney General trying to resolve this issue.
I would like to know if the company is still in business and how it is I can get my money back. I will not send my computer back, as I do not trust them to return it.
DEM Computers used to be on eBay and is no longer on eBay and I can see why.
