I ordered the products via internet on 8/9 received products 13/9. My understanding was that a 14 trial period could be undertaken, if I wasn't happy I could cancel and only pay shipping costs of £2.69 per product. APPARENTLY 14 days starts from the date you order NOT the date you receive them, so you can't actually TEST them for 14 days at all! Their very sharp agent on the 'phone stated that 'how could they know how long it took for me to receive them? If I'd have wanted an extension on the 14 days because of the delay in delivery I could have called them!' How am I to know how long to wait? Am I an expert in what is a known delay in the post? I asked who I could write to in order to make a complaint to be told I could only e-mail. This just gives an automated reply stating that they are behind in emails but someone will contact within 72 hours. No doubt their mountain of complaints has put them behind (a week so far) - are we to know how long to wait before sending yet another e-mail, which no doubt will have the same automated response? Their terse and sarcastic agent then said no matter what I wasn't entitled to any money back since as far as they were concerned 14 days eleapsed from the order date and the charge was made on their calculated 15th day!!
