Ice not coming from door -open freezer door—falls out— tried to make appt - was told oct 25th the first they could come=for a FREEZER appt= lots of $ destroyed=after 3-4 mins said you bought this at the outlet - so what I paid $189 for a warranty&after a few another condesending questions appt for wed NEVER EVER buying from sears—non customer people again - and I will also repeat this to anyone in my hearing
