At about 4 am I order a television from Wal Mart via their web-site. My credit card was processed sucessfully and the pick-up time for my tv was today at 10am. At 9:30. I received a text msg informing me that my order was cancelled because the tv was not in-stock. I then called the ph number on the msg. The representative told me that the order was cancel because my credit card was declined. I informed him that I reviewed my bank account and that charge for walmart is being processed! He said that I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. I told him this was not acceptable. I then got back on line and found that the tv was available at the walmart across town. I called to verify this info at store#5236 and the clerk said that their were 3 tvs available when I got to the store their were none! And never were any. I went to store #282, after calling and the store to be informed that they had 3 and 1 was sold the night before. After arriving no tv was found at the location. I called the walmart 800# and while talking to a live person, I was connected to an on line survey. I want my money back now! And reimbursed for my time WALMART!
