My son is a diabetic and uses 2 bottles of insulin a month so I usually get 10 bottles or the max limit when I puchase them. Today I went to find some insulin for him because he was just about out. I usually get my son's insulin at Walmart in Fairhope, Alabama. Since the new store was built I changed pharmacies due to it being more convenient for me. But today I was in Gulf Shores, Alabama and stopped at Target for the insulin, but they had none. So I then went to Walmart pharmacy in Foley, Alabama. There were people in line and since there was several people including the pharmacist standing behind the counter and talking and laughing I thought if I went to the consultant window that someone could find out if the insulin was in stock and if it was I would wait in line with the other customers. After a few minutes the pharmatist said "What do you need?" I told her I just wanted to know if they had the insulin in stock before I stood in line when I could go look at another store. She, Laura, would not look she told some other person to help me and that person told me to get in line. I said all I wanted was to know if they had any and if they did I would wait my turn in line like everybody else. She told me if I want to get waited on to get in line. They were both very inconsiderate and very rude. I left the store and called the Walmart pharmacy in Fairhope and I spoke with Sabrina who was very kind and courteous. She not only found out if they had any in stock, she told me what the maximum amount I could get. I have stopped going to Foley, Walmart along time ago because the people there were very rude and thought it should be a privilege for me to shop there. I really didn't have a problem with Walmart the store but I have to admit other stores like yours are kept neater and you don't have to worry about tripping over buckets because of leakng roof tops and the fruits and vegetables look better. The people at the Walmart Store in Fairhope are kinder and in general more courteous.
