I have had a deduction of £69.99 taken from my bank account from this company i have never heard of. I went online and got their number-0844 8099313. Called up today- 28/9 and asked how they had got my bank details and made this deduction. The girl said I had called them on 30/08/12-alarm bells then started to ring as i knew I had never heard of them let alone called them. I asked if they were associated with any other company and she kept putting me on hold to check but couldn't confirm or deny. I then remembered that i had stupidly given my details to another company-loans direct uk, who deducted 49.99 from my account without any authority and i am in the process of trying to get this back.
I am now certain they are either associated with or have sold my details to this company.
Loans Direct are supposedly based at 53 fountain street, manchester, m2 2an.
