I also seem to have fallen victim to this scam of a company. I had never heard of them until I saw them on my bank statement which has made me furious. I am unaware where they have got my bank details from as I haven't given it to them. Gave them a ring on 0844 979 8500 only to be told (by an unprofessional sounding receptionist) i'l get ring back but doubt I will. Not going to stop until I get my money back! Bloody scam!!
