When I went to check my bank account on 31/05 I saw that £70 was missing from my account. I phoned my bank up to see what was going on and they said that Loans Direct has taken £70 out (unauthorised). My bank then gave me a number to contact them on. I phoned Loans Direct to find out what's going on and as the girl wasn't able to deal with my request I asked to speak to a member of management. I was put through and I explained what was wrong and she said that she had cancelled the payment and that my money should be back into my account by 04/06 but when I checked the money hadn't gone back into my account and that they still took it out and when I tried to ring Amie Lehane, Account Manager (the woman who delt with my complaint) the number that she gave me doesn't work. This is the number 020343228019. All I want is my money back as I can't affored to live for the next two weeks now:- (
