Loan company approved a loan for me of £6000
I was asked to pay up front fees by western union transfer, this i have done over the last 3 days. I was told i was entitled to a refund if i cancelled the loan. I have had to pay a cancellation fee of £150.
No monies have been refunded, when i checked the company address and fsa no it does not come up.
Please can you help me.
