Saw a 'free trial' for above product online, for just the shipping of £2.49.
I then went to call for RMA number as stated on their money back guarentee notice that came with trial, (i was returning these as they didnt agree with me) the number given was unknown. I have since been on their website and tried several of their other contact numbers with no avail, and sent an email of complaint but yet they still charged me the full monthly amount of £64.95 and have yet again sent another months supply.
I cannot stop the dd through my bank and as a single parent I will end up struggling with these payments each month.
I have contacted trading standards, who are aware it seems of this scam - but I have not heard any news on anyone receiving their money back!!! Very unhappy and thinks the company should reimburse everyone they have ripped off!!
