I signed up for a 'free trial' of the two product - Slimvida and Colonflow. What I didn't realise was i needed to cancel my order to prevent the company charging me for the full amount of the product, and continuing a monthly payment. When i contacted the company (my bank gave me their number) I was told by Melissa that the 'free' trial was not really free.in addition she refused to give me an RMA to return my goods as they had been ordered on the back of the free trial - even though I was trying to return a second dispatch not the original bottle. I don't really know where to go with this now. Should I send back the product without an RMA anyway?
