I booked a room in the travelodgel Birmingham Central Plaza for business purposes on the 23rd September to stay on the 1-3 October. I then cancelled this booking on the 25th September as now my boss has agreed to pay for my accommodation. This was cancelled 7 days in advance of me staying there but apparently I do not get a refund or even vouchers for your company. Surely this is a mistake as I cancelled SEVEN days in advance which gives them PLENTY of warning. I would be pleased to hear your thoughts on this matter.
