On August 29th I Avelino Rojas called the bus company mentioned above to cancel my bus trip to Atlantic City on SEPTEMBER 1. I was told that my bus ride will be cancelled, however the company will be keeping my $200 dollar deposit. I was told that in order for me to get my deposit I would have to cancel 30 days in advance. As per the date I scheduled my bus ride I did not even have the 30 days. It had been 24 days since I scheduled my bus ride. How was I going to call 30 days in advance? Furthermore, I had cancelled the trip before September 1st and paid my deposit, due to the cancellation being my fault. For the September 1st trip I called four days in advance, due to an unforeseeable situation. I would really appreciate if I can be helped to get back my $200.00 dollars.
