I too received multiple phone calls from this company for three days in a row. Finally on Friday (9/22) they left a message the sixth time that they called. The guy had a very thick Indian sounding accent. He stated that the payday loan company Cash Net was filing a lawsuit against me. I immediately returned the phone call. When I talked to him I asked why would they be filing against me being as though I pay them every two weeks. He replied that he didn't say they were filing a lawsuit but meant to say that their usual procedures of automatic withdrawls weren't working and therefore I needed to make a payment immediately by credit card over the phone or they would file on me. I reluctantly gave him my card number. He says hold for your confirmation number but hangs up on me! I immeditely called Cash Net n the lady let me know that their procedures work different than what I was told and that they don't affiliate with outside people to make phone calls. She informed me that it sounds like I was scammed and that I needed to immediately go to my bank. And that is what I did. She also told me that this company was using reputable company names to lie to people and get access to their money. But somehow this guy knew my address and other info and knew that I currently have a loan with Cash Net. Please be aware if it doesn't sound right then you are probably right in not giving out any information
