A TWC Salesmen came to my door asked me would I be interest in cable.in which I told him I was already w/TWC but I could use another box for my livingroom. He said if I signed up for all three (phone, internet) they had a special running. Free installation, free phone service for 3 mos, a prenium channel for 3 mos, and $150.00 gift card from Target. I jumped on it. When it came time for installation, I was told I wouldn't get the phone service free for 2mos, only one, and I wouldn't get the $150.00 gift card n only one prenium for 3 mos. I called customer service w/this info I was given. All of it was a lie. The reason I signed up w/TWC was to get the gift card n the phone service free for two mos, n another box. Come to find out the salesmen lied. I asked for his name so I could file a complaint, they wouldn't give me his name. They need to give me what I was promised.
