I provided my credit card number to Bellaplex to enter a 30 days trial programe. I only authorised $1.99 for postage. Two weeks later (well within 30 days period) I tried to call a number they gave me to cancel my account with no success and I have emailed them 3-4 times trying to cancel my account, however no one has even be bothered to anwer my cancellation request more than 3 weeks later. And what angers me is that they ignore my cancellation emails and went ahead and charges me. Then I cannot find a way to cancel my account with them. And they will continue charge me and my credit card company cannot do anything to stop them. What can I do? Keep accepting the $69.95 charge every month for nothing or something I don't want? Can someone help me please?
