Company did not clearly state the truth. This is about hydroxatone 30 day free trial of 2 jars of cream. A customer is allowed to have 2 jars for a 30 day trial limit and there would be no charge for them even if they were empty if customer sent them back within the trial period. I decided to send them back within the 30 days. I called to get instructions, and the person on the phone said they could send me 3 jars, if I kept them instead of returning them. So I agreed. My credit card was billed for 2 jars at $50.15 each although all I had received was 2 jars of cream which were supposed to be the free trial. I did not realize they were part of the 3 I was suppose to get. Then I waited and finally, 1 jar came in the mail just today 10/31 (today), I assumed I should have received 3 fresh jars, 1 free, and the other 2 that were billed on my credit card, but no, they charged me for the 2 trial jars (which were almost empty) and supposedly sent me the third one free. This company has deceived me. I also ordered the Bellaplex free trial, before I knew how this company operated, and it didn't come, so I called again, and the person on the phone said he would cancel the order, and gave me a cancellation number. Then about a week later the order came, and it was delivered by the post office and they charged me $28.00 for delivery, which I should never have paid for or signed, if I had known what it was in the parcel. This company should be made to clarify all their business dealings. Why would I have to pay postage on the Bellaplex (which one had a broken pump) and not for the Hydroxatone, especially since the order had been cancelled. No companies should be able to bill anyone's credit card whenever they feel like it. It is just not right! I had to cancel that credit card to prevent them from billing me every month for a product I told them I did not want.
