I ordered a free-trial "buy before you buy" offer for Bellaplex @ $6.95 for shipping/handling. I read through all the terms and nowhere did it state that there would be any further obligations. When I received the product today, there was a statement with it showing that 30 days from the date of receipt and every 30 days thereafter, my credit card would be charged $69.95. I called the customer service # and spoke with Mark??? And told him that I did not agree to these terms and would like to just return the product and cancel. He tried to convince me to keep the product for the full 30 day trial period then make a decision. I declined that offer. He gave me a return # and an address to send it to as well as a date 2 weeks from today that the products must be returned by. When I asked for a confirmation of cancellation to be sent to me in writing via email, he stated that he was not able to do that. Then told me that I would receive it in writing when the return was processed. I then found another number for Bellaplex online, but when I called it, the company was Irwin or maybe Irvin Nutrition. I spoke to Doris who answered as a "Bellaplex customer service representative". She already knew that I had called the other number. She offered to let me keep the product at $30.00 off, I declined. She then offered to let me keep the product at 1/2 off, I declined stating I just wanted to return and cancel. She refused to give me any kind of confirmation whatsoever that my credit card would not be charged. I will be reporting this company to every necessary entity as a HUGE SCAM!!! Beware!!! Do not order the "free trial" from bellaplex as there is nothing "free" about it only a big hassle to recover.
