I called the Bellaplex phone number in April 2008 to ask questions about the product. The salesperson, Adrian ext. 503 said he would let me try the product at a special discounted price. I said that was fine, but that I did NOT want to go on their auto-ship program where the product automatically gets sent out to you each month with an automatic credit card charge. I told him if I liked the product I would then think about the auto-ship. He said if I liked it to call him back and he would give the product for $125 for 4 months.
The next month I received another shipment of Bellaplex along with a charge on my credit card of $49.99. I called and said that I did not want this and never ordered it. Adrian said he had me down as an auto-ship customer. I told him he did not have my ok for that and he did it with my knowledge. He said he would take me off the auto-ship and refund my money.
I did get the credit back on my credit card, but just received once again, another shipment and charge for Bellaplex. I called and spoke to Jason who said he would cancel my auto-ship, but would not refund my money unless I sent the product back. I told him I would not pay for postage for something I did not order and if they want it back to send me the postage. He refused and said that's their policy and won't refund my money.
I asked to speak to the owner and he said look it up on the internet. It's on their website - which it is not.
This is a sleazy company who gets your credit card information and then keeps sending you unauthorized shipments of products and continues to put charges on your card.
