The story is the same as much you read here. The company sent the starter product... It was defective. Before I was sent a replacement of the defective part, I was charged $99 for replacement cartridges that were mailed. After the reviews that I read here... Most people that fell for this scam seem to be in the same boat. I am calling my bank and formulating a strategy to prevent these thieves from getting any more of my money.
