Save your money, this Smoke 51 company is totally deceptive, their so called free trial, is a joke. I ordered their trial offer on Sept 23 and agreed to pay $9.95 for shipping, they then charged my account $89.95 on Oct. 08 2009 for a starter kit that I never received, they then charged my account an additional $29.95 on Oct 10 for replacment cartridges for the starter kit. I sent numerous e-mails to this company asking them why I had not recieved the starter kit, they have never replied nor do they answer their phone when you call. All you get is a recorded message. On Nov. 2nd 2009 I received a package in the mail that contained some replacement cartridges. What a joke, the cartridges do me no good for I have never recieved the starter kit in order to use them. I have nothing to show for my $130.00 but some useless replacement filters. Tfhey should be ashamed of their shoddy buisness practice.
