I purchased ghd styler iv from a ghd website, the goods arrived with faulty plug and one side of the plates don't heat up. Iv entered the halagram code and date code on site for authencity and its showing an error with the date code. After seeing these comments about this company who have taken the funds out of my account i am very worried
