They charged my credit card twice and never gave me my confrimation code and i cant get in touch with anybody Ripoff

On 3/31/07 i started getting error messages on my new laptop i just purchased three days priore to receiving the error messages so i panicked and was going to all the links and registry cleanerxp kept poping up so i ordered it and when i was entering my pass code and registration code it kept saying code not valide then the following day i checked my banking account and they charged me three times for 56.25 and still never got my registry cleane
