On Wed 11/10/10 I ordered the unlocking code for a cell phone I had just purchased on Ebay. Their website says you receive the code within 48 hours. It is now Tuesday 11/16/10 and I have tried to contact them by email using their form, because that is the only way to contact them, I tried 4 times asking them the status of my order because the confirmation email they sent me had a so called order number that did not work when entered on their website to check the status. No one is responding or providing me with the code that I paid for. Please help. I can not file a complaint with BBB because I don't know their address and that is a requirement for their forms.
